Women’s Hall of Fame Scoring Rubric

Nominations are reviewed multiple times by each member of the Selection Committee before grading. The submissions are then graded using the weighted rubric below. Finally, the Selection Committee tallies the average of the nominees’ scores and inducts those who have received a 90% or above into the Hall of Fame.

The nominee fulfills at least one of the following criteria: 

  • She lives and/or works in Lebanon County
  • She has played an integral part in the implementation of project(s) to the benefit the Lebanon Valley
  • She has worked as a Hidden Hero touching lives in a positive way

The nominee is not a:

  • Previous Inductee, or
  • Current Commission Member

Accomplishments (30%)
  • Does the nominee have accomplishments in their chosen field of endeavor, professional, or otherwise?
  • Any awards or recognition?
  • What have they accomplished?
  • How did they accomplish this?
Contributions (30%)
  • Has the nominee made enduring contributions to the social, cultural, economic or political well-being of the community, state or nation?
  • What have they done to impact or make lives better in Lebanon County or beyond?
  • How has the nominee enhanced that status of women and girls in Lebanon County?
Personal (25%)
  • Is the nominee a positive influence on and a role model for other women?
  • What makes them an unsung hero or mentor?
  • How did the make their impact
Summary (15%)
  • Does the nominator write a compelling narrative as to why the nominee should be chosen for this award?
